1. Free Returns (No Stress, No Fees)

We’ve removed the risk. Whether it’s a manufacturing defect or you simply changed your mind, Mimicing covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We provide a prepaid label so you can shop with total peace of mind.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery if the unit is in its Original State:

Lace/Hair Integrity: The lace must NOT be cut or tinted. Hair must NOT be brushed, washed, or styled.
Unworn: For hygiene reasons, units that have been worn or manipulated cannot be returned.
Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all security ties and labels intact.
Free Gift: If returning a wig, please include the Satin & Style Kit (or its $35 value will be deducted from your refund).

3. Our Simple 4-Step Process

Get Your Label: Once approved, we will send you a Prepaid Return Label and instructions.
Ship It: Drop off the package at the designated carrier. No need to pay at the counter!
Inspection & Refund: After a quick quality check (1–3 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.

4. Refund Timeline

Processing: Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after inspection.
Bank Credit: It usually takes 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Original Method: All refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
