Fast & Free Worldwide Shipping

At Mimicing, we provide secure and fully insured worldwide shipping to ensure your luxury units arrive in perfect condition. We take pride in delivering excellence from our hands to yours.

1. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE International Shipping on all hair products.

  • Note: Accessories (bonnets, bands, etc.) must be ordered with a hair product as they cannot be shipped individually due to international constraints.

2. Processing Time

Before your order leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a strict quality control process:

  • Ready-to-Ship Units: Processed within 24–48 business hours.

  • Custom/High-Density Units: May require 1–2 weeks for meticulous crafting.

  • Always check the specific processing time on the product page before ordering.

3. Delivery Times & Carriers

We partner with premium global carriers to ensure safety. Our estimated transit times are:

  • USA: 5–10 Business Days

  • UK, Canada & Europe: 7–12 Business Days

  • South Africa, Australia & Rest of World: 10–15 Business Days

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipping, not the order date.

4. Security & Signature

For your protection, all luxury units require a signature upon delivery.

  • We strongly advise against "delivery without signature" authorizations.

  • Mimicing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if a "leave at door" request was made by the customer to the carrier.

  • A valid physical address and phone number are required (No PO Boxes or Military Addresses).

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (especially UK, Canada, and South Africa) may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Mimicing is not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance processes.

6. Returns on Free Gifts

If you return an order that included a Free Gift, the gift must be returned in its original, unused condition. If kept, its full retail value ($35) will be deducted from your refund.
